Shipping policy

Orders received after 5 pm Pacific Time (PT) will be processed the next business day.

We use USPS in all its forms" first-class, priority, and priority flat rate mail with delivery confirmation as an option within the 50 States.

Please make sure when placing your order that your shipping address is correct. We cannot be responsible for wrong shipping addresses regardless of the reason. Shopify, Paypal, Etsy, google, eBay, etc all have the ability to store and auto-populate addresses. You must check that yours is correct before submitting your order. We will always ship to the address on your order unless you contact us with a correction BEFORE the item ships. Once it has shipped we cannot be responsible for any incorrect addresses.

Please also note that once your package is in the hands of the Postal Service, any delays, damages, or missing packages are not our responsibility, but the responsibility of the Postal Service. You always have the option to add insurance (Priority Mail) to your package at checkout. In addition, you may opt to require a signature upon delivery. If you would like a signature, please just message us right after you placed your order and we will be sure to add it to your shipping label.

Orders are calculated based on weight and zones according to usps.com. If your order is more than $35.00 you will automatically receive free shipping (the US addresses only). You will receive an email notification that includes the tracking number.
We will always do our best to help if you experience an issue with delivery. However, please be aware that we are limited in what we can do since we are not affiliated with the Postal Service.

We are happy to offer to ship worldwide! We usually ship within 2-4 business days. Please be aware that international shipments may take a bit longer to receive. Also please be aware of any extra taxes, fees, or customs charges that may be charged in your country for you to receive your package, as you will be responsible for these charges.  International shipping costs are calculated by USPS guidelines for country and weight.  If the weight of the package is allowed (usually under 4 pounds) we ship as "First - Class - Mail International". Delivery time for this very economic service is between 4-7 business days (customs allowing). We do our best to accurately estimate the actual shipping costs. If the fees calculated are over and above what you anticipate, please know that you will be charged actual shipping charges and will be issued a refund or credit for overages if applicable.
